Key Responsibilities:
Training Needs Assessment:
Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs across various teams and departments.
Collaborate with department heads and team leads to understand specific skill gaps and training requirements.
Training Program Design
Develop and design training programs, modules, and materials tailored to meet the identified needs.
Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats to engage participants.
Delivery of Training:
Facilitate training sessions using a variety of methods, including workshops, webinars, and instructor-led sessions.
Ensure that training content aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new hires to accelerate their integration into JD Lightworks.
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce employees to company culture, policies, and procedures.
E-Learning Development:
Explore and implement e-learning solutions to enhance the accessibility and efficiency of training programs.
Collaborate with relevant teams to create multimedia content for online training modules.
Training Evaluation:
Implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to make continuous improvements.
Professional Development Plans:
Work with employees to identify individual development goals and create personalized professional development plans.
Provide guidance on available resources and opportunities for skill enhancement.
Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts:
Partner with subject matter experts within JD Lightworks to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a [industry specifics, e.g., lighting solutions] context.
Instructional Design Skills:
Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
