Job Overview:
As a Business Data Analyst at JD Lightworks, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights to drive informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Integration:

Gather, clean, and integrate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements for analytical purposes.

Data Analysis and Visualization:
Perform in-depth analysis of business data using statistical methods, data visualization tools, and business intelligence platforms.
Create and present visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Business Insights:
Interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.

Predictive Modeling:
Develop and implement predictive models to forecast business trends, customer behavior, and other relevant metrics.
Evaluate model performance and iterate as needed.

Data Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain data quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
Collaborate with teams to address and resolve data quality issues.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Operations to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Collaborate on projects requiring data-driven insights.

Database Management:
Assist in the maintenance and optimization of databases, ensuring data is organized and accessible for analysis.

Ad Hoc Analysis:
Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by management or other stakeholders.
Provide data-driven recommendations for specific business challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:
Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in a business or industry related to [industry specifics, e.g., lighting solutions].

Analytical Skills:
